Salesforce is buying Slack and we have more information about the deal

According to new reports, Salesforce is serious about acquiring Slack. The deal is confirmed and it will be made public on Tuesday, Dec 1st, 2020 after the stock market trading is closed for the day.
The deal will allow Salesforce to pay for Slacks in form of half cash and half stock, also, it will price slacks at a premium.
