A company or a stock's valuation is usually done either by the Equity Research department or analysts.
How to calculate the Valuation of stock, investment, private equity or the stock price.
Example, if a company is has a 100,000 publicly traded shares, and they're currently selling at $250 each. At that price, the worth of the total shares is $25 million.
