James's dedication to his career, his numerous achievements, endorsements, and deals have skyrocketed his net worth and made it what it is today. Added to this, today, James is estimated as the highest-paid athlete.

What is Lebron James Net Worth

In 2018, Forbes revealed that LeBron James estimated net worth was $450 million. In the following year, James made it to Forbes list of highest-paid athletes. Prior to this period, towards the end of 2018, James signed a four year $155 million contract with the Lakers. After his agreement to the deal, his net worth was estimated at above $1 billion. However, this season, he ended the contract and made $37.5 million from this.

Investingport thinks Lebron James 2020 net worth should be about $750 million, this is our guess based on his salary and off-field deals.

List of Lebron James' endorsements

Most of James' achievements that necessitated his current net worth are products of his diverse investments.  For instance, before the cancellation of the contract, Per ESPN’s Darren Rovell revealed that James' new contract will push him into the 10 figures mark but 65% of his net worth would be a product of his numerous endorsements and deals. Some of his highest endorsements and deals include KIA Motors, Beat by Dre, Coca-Cola, and NBA2K. His endorsements include a lifetime deal with Nike who is to pay him $1 billion when he turns 65.

In 2019, James added more deals to his portfolio by signing an agreement with Walmart and Rimowa Luggage. He also engages in other fantastic deals including deals with State Farm Insurance, Upper Deck Trading Cards, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, Intel, Verizon, and Audemars Piguet.

King James' Entrepreneur life

Being an entrepreneur, James started his own production company named SpringHill Entertainment and media company Uninterrupted. He also teamed up with fellow celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Cindy Crawford, and Lindsey Vonn to launch a health and wellness company called Ladder. His production company would soon be launching the long-awaited sequel to 1966’s space Jam starring Michael Jordan – a former Chicago Bulls star.  According to recent news about the movie, the company is working in conjunction with Warner Brothers to release the movie by 2021.

In terms of his career contracts, while working with Cleveland Cavalier, James made over $169,884,342 in 11 seasons, in Miami Heat, he made $64,008,659 in four seasons, and made $73,091,008 in just two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.  At 35, the super athlete was averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 bounds, and a career-high 10.6 assists per game while leading the Laker s to a Western conference-best 49-14 record.
