Zenith Bank Plc Ranks as the Only Nigerian Company in the World Finance 100 2023

Zenith Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, has achieved another milestone this year as it was listed in the World Finance 100 2023, which World Finance Magazine released.

Zenith is the only Nigerian company in the prestigious and exclusive World Finance Magazine listing.

Including Zenith Bank Plc in this listing has shown the bank's outstanding resilience despite operating in a declining climate where many factors have affected most financial institutions.

The purpose of the World Finance 100 honours companies that have reached the peak of achievement across various fields of expertise.

Every year, World Finance compiles a list of 100 companies based on their performance in their field. The list presents the new business elite, comprised of those whose vision and enterprise shape the conceptual landscape of finance, business, and technology.

However, Zenith Bank is the only Nigerian company among the two companies selected in other African countries on this esteemed list for 2023. Industry giants like Apple, Amazon, and Alphabet are on this list.

Each year, World Finance compiles a list of 100 companies based purely on excellence in their area. The list presents the new business elite, comprised of those whose vision and enterprise shape the conceptual landscape of finance, business, and technology. Notably, Zenith Bank stands as the lone Nigerian company and one of just three African companies to earn a place on this esteemed list for 2023, alongside industry titans such as Apple, Amazon, and Alphabet.
